I took my golden retriever here for a grooming session, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The staff was incredibly friendly and really took the time to understand my dog's needs. I appreciated how they used gentle techniques while bathing and brushing him. He came out looking like a million bucks, with a shiny coat and a happy demeanor. The only thing I'd suggest is to have a few more options for dog treats available in the waiting area. As a first-time pet owner, I was a bit anxious about getting my little poodle groomed. The experience turned out to be fantastic! The groomers were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which really put me at ease. They even provided tips for at-home grooming in between visits, which I found really helpful. My pup left looking fabulous! If I had to offer a suggestion, it would be nice if they could set up an online booking system to make scheduling easier. Still, I’m thrilled with the service and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to pamper their furry friends!
